Toddler Program (1.5–2.5 Years) – A Gentle First Step into School Life
Introducing Toddlers to a World of Learning
The Toddler Program (1.5–2.5 years) at House of Happiness Preschool is specially designed to gently introduce young children to school life. At this age, children are naturally curious and eager to explore. Our program focuses on creating a safe, warm, and joyful environment where toddlers feel comfortable away from home for the first time.
We understand that this is a major milestone for both children and parents. That’s why our approach is slow, caring, and nurturing.
Learning Through Play, Music, and Sensory Activities
Toddlers learn best through hands-on experiences. Our daily activities include:
-
Free and guided play sessions
-
Music, rhymes, and movement
-
Sensory activities using colors, textures, and sounds
-
Simple art and craft exploration
These activities help develop brain connections while keeping learning fun and engaging.
Building Independence and Confidence
The Toddler Program encourages children to try simple tasks independently, such as:
-
Putting toys back
-
Eating with minimal support
-
Following simple routines
Through gentle guidance and positive reinforcement, toddlers begin to feel confident and capable.
Developing Early Social Skills
Social interaction is a key part of our toddler curriculum. Children learn to:
-
Share toys and space
-
Interact with peers
-
Express emotions safely
Our caring teachers support toddlers as they learn to communicate and build early friendships.
A Loving and Secure Environment
At House of Happiness Preschool, safety, hygiene, and emotional care are our top priorities. Our trained staff ensures every child feels loved, secure, and understood. The Toddler Program builds a strong emotional foundation that prepares children for nursery and beyond.
